    We do not discourage phone orders, yet we highly recommend our customer to place the order on-line via email or via fax in order to keep our cost low, so that, we would be able to extend the biggest discounts to our customers. Back Order Items

  • Customer will not be charge when an item that is in back order statue.  Once the back order items are in stock, we will email our customer to confirm their order.

 
Return Policy

  • Returns 
    We're committed to providing the best customer satisfaction possible. We will gladly refund or replace any defective item and most non-defective items. Within 30 days of receipt of your order, you may return products that:
    • Are in their original packaging
    • Have original manufacturer information
    • Are not used, installed, or disassembled
    • Are not damaged due to incorrect installation
    • Do not having missing parts, hardware or instructions
    • Are not custom or special orders
     

    No returns will be accepted without prior authorization. Returns Goods Authorization (R.G.A.) number must accompany all AJmotorsport.com returns. To request your R.G.A. #, please write to us at . Please also include the 1.) order number and 2.) reason for return (credit or replacement).

    Once we have received your return, conducted an inspection of the return, and verified that your return meets the above guidelines, a refund will be issued. All applicable sales taxes will be refunded. The cost of shipping will be credited only in those instances that the return is a result of our error.  Sorry C.O.D. shipments will not be accepted.

    Items incorrectly shipped to AJmotorsport.com will not be returned. Items not purchased from AJmotorsport.com will not be accepted.

    Replacement:  You MUST return the item(s) to AJmotorsport.com first before replacement part(s) will be sent.  TIPS: DO NOT THROW AWAY YOUR ORIGINAL PART(S)!

    All returns on Injen, Eibach, Tein, DC Sports, JAOS, AEM, H&R, PIAA, Tokico, Buddy Club, Body parts, wheel  products, and OEM lighting parts are subject to  a 20% restocking charge. All other returns may be subject to 20% re-stocking charge.

  • Shipping Damage               

If your product has been damaged in shipment, please contact us within 48 hours for shipping damage processing. We'll then contact you via email with further instructions on filing the claim.
